35 Years, Day 282

20181009_201127_resizedA few days ago I ordered an aerial hammock and ceiling hooks to be screwed into a support beam… and today it arrived in the mail. Yeah! I had some maintenance guys from work secure the ceiling hooks to the beam, and I was able to play around this evening. My ceiling height is only 8 feet so I’m limited on what I can do, but most of the things I’ve learned how to do at aerial yoga, and monkeying around pretending to be in the circus, falls within that height. I won’t be able to try drops, and I don’t have enough fabric to do lots of wrapping, but I can still monkey around, do aerial yoga, and make circus moves lower to the ground look pretty!

Energy Checklist

◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). No, I keep waking up late.
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded wheat and raisin bran with milk, plus a coffee/sugar/milk concoction.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. No… I think only four glasses of liquid today. Should chug some water between now and bedtime, having to pee in the middle of the night be damned!
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. Recess with the kiddos!
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive.For the most part, yes.
◊ I connected with someone. Just my hubby.
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. Played around on my new aerial yoga hammock!
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. Yes, playing on the aerial yoga hammock!
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: I was pretty good today.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I will do tonight!
