35 Years Day 266

Yesterday I did my Aerial Yoga class. Today I did some balancing yoga at home and have been looking into what it would take to become certified as an aerial instructor of some type. This is because the place where I go has said that if I was certified in some type of aerial class I could teach for them on Saturdays. However I’d have to pay for any certification out of pocket, and I’m having a really hard time figuring out what places are reputable. There are places that do aerial yoga training, but most prefer you to also be a certified yoga instructor already, and there are places that have branded classes that use the silk hammocks that offer training certification, but then you have to call the class by the branded name, and the training seems really expensive based on the amount of instruction you get. So… I dunno! It would definitely be a big out of pocket expense; I wouldn’t see a return on my investment for a long time, if ever, since I’ll be moving to Canada next year and who knows if my qualification would be recognized there? So. I probably won’t do anything this year. Maybe next year, if I’m still not pregnant, or if I’ve already gotten pregnant and had a baby by then!! Maybe I will be 45 when I finally have a baby. Who knows? 45 with AMAZING Aerial Hammock skills.

Energy Checklist

◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). No, I keep forgetting.
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded Wheat and Raisin Bran mixed together, along with coffee and milk and Ovaltine.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. I’ve only had maybe three glasses of liquid today… but I am currently downing a thermos full of two cups of water.
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. Nope, I stayed in all day. But I did throw all the blinds open and declutter the house. This approximated the same feeling as time in sunshine.
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive.Yes for the most part.
◊ I connected with someone. Just my hubby!
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. I’m three quarters of the way through my book, “The Secret Diary of Hendrick Groen: 83 1/4 years old.”
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. Yes, I did a balancing yoga session.
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: Nope. I keep getting sucked in trying to figure things out. Today and yesterday it was how to get some kind of aerial certification quickly without breaking the bank or sacrificing on quality. I don’t think this perfect thing exists though.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I will do tonight!
