35 Years, Day 260

Today was a low key day; not much happened. This is a placeholder day. Lol!

Energy Checklist

◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). Yes.
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded Wheat and Raisin Bran mixed together, along with coffee and milk.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. I drank about six cups of liquid today. Eight if you count more soup!
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. Recess with the kiddos.
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive.Yes for the most part
◊ I connected with someone. Just my hubby!
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. I’m going to keep reading a new book. “The Secret Diary of Hendrick Groen: 83 1/4 years old.)
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. Yes I did my core yoga workout today.
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: I was okay. But I’ve still been researching places to go and things to do for a break.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I will do this evening!
