35 Years, Day 258

I forgot to do my blog yesterday!! Oh well. Today was a good day; more Aerial time where I realized I’m getting pretty good at climbing up on the silks gracefully and less like it takes effort. I also talked with my hubby about doing a trip away just for myself for a four or five days so I’m going to plan something fun. I love being married and settled, but I used to spend a lot of time planning adventures to do on my own. Sometimes I really miss it. (Although when I was on my own I was sometimes really lonely, so, you can’t always have your cake and eat it too, gotta find a balance!) I’m happy my hubby is fine with me planning a mini-adventure by myself. I hope this doesn’t make me sound like a “kept” woman, lol!! It’s just that mini-vacations cost money as soon as plane tickets are involved! I want to go somewhere warm in January! Which is pretty much anywhere south of North Dakota!!

Energy Checklist

◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes. But I had dreams that my husband was mad because the house was messy.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). No I forgot.
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded Wheat and Raisin Bran mixed together, along with coffee and milk.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. I’m at 6.5 glasses of liquid including the sparkling water that I’m currently drinking.
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. Just while driving in the car and parking lots!
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive.Yes for the most part and I finally discussed with my hubby my feelings of being a little hemmed in and needing an adventure to look forward to!
◊ I connected with someone. Other people at Aerials?
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. Aerials, and I bought a new book.
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. Aerial Yoga was an hour and I monkeyed around for about 10 minutes after that.
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: I was pretty good today; I did post an aerials video to facebook, and then kept checking facebook to see how many people “liked” it… other then that I was pretty good. Lol.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I will do this evening!
