35 Years, Day 255

Today I bought $300 worth of trinkets and baubles in order to start my Reading Program Store, and then practiced on aerial hammock silks for about an hour on my own. “Another One Bites the Dust” by Queen came on while I was practicing and I had a lot of fun pretending I was doing a routine to it!

Energy Checklist

◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes but I had a lot of trouble falling asleep and then had weird dreams.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). No, I slept through my alarm. But needed the sleep!
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded Wheat and Raisin Bran mixed together, along with coffee and milk.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. I think I’m at six glasses of liquid again, including three cups of sparkling water.
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. Recess with the kiddos.
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive.Yes for the most part.
◊ I connected with someone. The owner of the Aerials studio.
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. Aerials!
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. Aerials! It is tough; just monkeying around is a good workout.
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: I was hardly on the internet today because I was gone all day.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I might skip tonight; I think I will take a bath and then fall into bed.
