35 Years, Day 254

Today I thought about some jobs I could do once we leave here and move to Canada when I may or may not be pregnant. For online work I was thinking about teaching English, I have a friend who does that, or writing quizzes for accelerated reader (how much does that pay?). I was thinking if I could do online work 20 hours a week perhaps I could find part-time in a library or a coffee shop as an aerial yoga instructor, or all three. Ha! One freeing thing about Canada is health care not being tied to a job.

Energy Checklist

◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes. The cat slept on my legs all night which was cute but a little uncomfortable.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). Yes.
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded Wheat and Raisin Bran mixed together, along with coffee and milk.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. I’m at six cups of liquid again including coffee/milk, chocolate milk, and sparkling water.
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. Recess with the kiddos. I do really like that part of my day!
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive.Yes for the most part.
◊ I connected with someone. Hmm…  the English teacher on the high school side.
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. I made my hubby watch some of “To All the Boys I’ve Love Before.”
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. Not really – I did do some yoga on my own this evening, maybe fifteen minutes. But tomorrow I’m going to practice aerials again for an hour in the evening, so I will get a good workout then!
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: Didn’t really stick to this, no, but was not on the internet all evening.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I did last night, and will do tonight!
