35 Years, Day 248

September 5Today I drove to my Aerial Yoga studio after work and monkeyed around on the silks on my own. This picture is not the best as I set it on a timer, and I’m also not sure if it’s obvious what I’m doing; I was working on holding myself upside down and then leaning my legs over to one side and holding that position. This isn’t a motion shot!

Energy Checklist

◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes, although it took me awhile to fall asleep. I’m pretty wound up tonight so I might have trouble going to sleep again, plus I’m blogging late.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). Yes.
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded Wheat and Raisin Bran mixed together, along with coffee and milk.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. I think I’m at six cups of liquid again.
September 5 no. 2◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. Recess with the kiddos! And I stopped along the drive to my aerial yoga place to take some pictures of some abandoned houses.
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive. Yes for the most part.
◊ I connected with someone. Hmm… tomorrow I will be bonding with three naughty fifth graders who couldn’t keep quiet in the library; they will be doing yoga and jumping jacks with me during recess.
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. Practicing aerial stuff by myself!
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. I was at the yoga studio for an hour.
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: I’m doing my blog way late because I didn’t get home til 9:30.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I did last night, and will do real quick tonight!
