Today I went for a hike and, while it felt like summer… the leaves were telling me it was fall. Eeep!! I am not ready yet!! I think my least favorite thing about living in North Dakota is that the leaves are not on the trees for 7 – 8 months a year.
◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes. I’ve been falling asleep better, since I’ve had more to do during the day again.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). Yes.
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded Wheat and Raisin Bran mixed together, along with coffee and milk.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. Let’s see I did fill my thermos… but I only drank it once… so four cups liquid total. I just got up and filled it again so I can drink another thermos down and be at six cups.
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. Yes I sat outside with the cats for about a half hour, and then went hiking nearby for about an hour.
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive. Yes for the most part.
◊ I connected with someone. Hmm… just my hubby!
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. I went hiking by myself today.
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. I hiked for an hour and did a core yoga workout for a half hour. I decided that Wednesday I’m going to go and practice aerial stuff on my own; the owner said it can count like a class on my punch card.
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: I was pretty bad this morning. But then I at least did get out in the middle of the day, cleaned, hiked, did yoga, finished the book of “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before,” so it was not a completely unproductive day!
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I did last night, and will do tonight!
