Today we had coffee with the neighbor, went walking in a near by state park, and I continued reading “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.” It was a good day!
◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes. I’ve been having really nice dreams lately. I can’t quite remember them, but I don’t want to wake up from them!
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book).Yes.
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded Wheat and Raisin Bran mixed together, along with coffee and milk.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. Two cups of coffee, some chocolate milk, some tea… only four cups of liquid. When I don’t remember my water bottle, it’s pretty dismal.
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. My hubby and I went for a long walk at the state park near by; it is on a big lake, and the trails are starting to erode into the water!! There were some parts that were completely caved in, and other parts where we were maybe six feet from the edge of the cliff.
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive. Yes for the most part.
◊ I connected with someone. We had a neighbor lady over for coffee this morning.
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. I’m about to continue reading “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.” It’s actually pretty cute. Definitely YA, maybe even a young YA, but cute!
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. My hubby and I’s leisurely walk was about an hour, and I did a half hour of yoga at home as well. Some of it was just a foam rolling video, but I also monkeyed around with headstands and crow pose for awhile. I should really quit trying that stuff til I get stronger… but it’s so fun! These types of poses are why I want to get stronger. So I can do them, and show them off, because inner me is still six years old sometimes! 🙂
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM:This has been the hardest thing for me to keep up with. But I’m going to go read for the rest of the night again. I’m trying.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I did last night, and will do tonight!
