Today I did my Aerial Yoga class and picked up a book from the public library, “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.” I checked it out for a student at the school I work at, but I’m going to read it first! I ordered it for the school library as well, but it’s on back-order and not even available on Amazon or at Barnes and Noble, because the Netflix movie version has made it so popular!
◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes. I forgot to turn off my alarm so I woke up at seven, as per usual!
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). No I forgot. Whoops! Need to get back in that habit.
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded Wheat and Raisin Bran mixed together, along with coffee and milk.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. Umm…. coffee/milk was two cups, thermos of water was two cups, chia tea was one and a half cups of liquid… so that’s 5.5 cups of liquid. Also my hubby is currently making me tea.
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. Not unless you count sunshine while driving. When we got home it had clouded over and thunder stormed.
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive. Yes for the most part.
◊ I connected with someone. Hmm… the owner of the fitness center! She was actually wondering if I might want to get certified to teach a flying fitness class, which is a huge compliment. But my hubby and I are moving in June so I couldn’t make a big enough time commitment. I’m kind of bummed about that! I want our move to Canada next June to be a last “starting over with a new life.” Until where my hubby and I currently live, I had moved every year or two since I was sixteen years old. We’ve been in our current location for three years; it will be four when we move. It’s bittersweet cause just as it’s starting to feel like home, we move.
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. Aerial yoga!!
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. Aerial Yoga! Ha ha. I also might start driving to the studio Wednesday evenings; the owner of the studio said I could come practice on my own there on those evenings.
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: I’ve already been falling off the band wagon a bit. This is so hard to keep up with! Once I do my blog I’m going to read my book the rest of the night.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I did last night, and will do tonight!
