35 Years, Day 242

Today I spent extra time out in the sunshine because I locked myself out of the house and my hubby was at the grocery store!

Energy Checklist

◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes. I thought I would be too wired to fall asleep but I guess I wore myself out! Also I didn’t hear my alarm so I got an extra half hour of sleep.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). No I forgot.
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded Wheat and Raisin Bran mixed together, along with coffee and milk.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. I remembered my water bottle today so I’m at six cups of liquid.
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. A half hour of recess with the kiddos, plus an hour reading a magazine in the backyard waiting for my hubby to come home.
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive. Yes for the most part.
◊ I connected with someone. Well I got pulled today to sub in the sixth grade so I “bonded” with them for a few hours, ha ha.
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. Reading a magazine in the backyard was actually quite pleasant.
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. I have not yet, but there is still time! I really like the couch to hero yoga videos on Amazon Prime; I will probably do one of those yet this evening.
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: Yes I was really good today. Partially because I was so busy at work and then locked out of my house!
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I did last night, and will do tonight!
