Today I did evening yoga in my pajamas while the cats looked on curiously.
◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes, although I kept dreaming that I was practicing in my aerial hammock. Perhaps because right before I fell asleep I was thinking about how I could do an aerial hammock dance routine to “Another One Bites the Dust” by Queen. I like Aerial Hammock but I don’t really like the music that a lot of people pick to do routines to!
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). No I forgot.
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded Wheat and Raisin Bran mixed together, along with coffee and milk.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. Well, I’m at five cups of liquid. I’ve been good lately about bring my coffee thermos and my water bottle do work; that plus milk at lunch is at five cups of liquid, but then I keep forgetting do drink more when I get home. That’s the next step.
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. A half hour of recess with the kiddos!
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive. Yes for the most part.
◊ I connected with someone. Hmm… people at school. I’m not sure who in particular? But the first graders did awesome in the library today. Many of them are really reading and sounding out words already!
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. I finished reading/skimming Parker Posey’s new memoir in the bathtub.
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. Yoga in my pajamas, with these kitties keeping watch!
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: A wee bit on my phone, but otherwise yes, I didn’t open my laptop til seven. Gotta cut out the “wee bit on the phone” bit, though, to make it official.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I did last night, and will do tonight!
