35 Years, Day 222

Today we drove home from Canada and in five days we start a new school year! The summer flew by. After this school year our plan is to move to Canada permanently. TheAerial Upside Down last thing I did in Canada was have a private Aerial Hammock session. Now that I know this is a thing, I am finding it every where!

Energy Checklist

◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes, I still tossed and turned in the hotel bed for a bit, but the diphenhydramine kicked in.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). Yes
◊ I ate breakfast. Again, not the best hotel breakfast; a waffle with butter and syrup and a cup of coffee..
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. I think I actually got to eight glasses of liquid today!! Between the coffee, latte, water during class (because climbing around on an aerial hammock is exhausting), water on the road, and water as I’m typing this.
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. Minimally; we spent most of the day driving.
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive. For the most part, yes. I’m paranoid that something isn’t going to come together with our Canada plan, mostly because we are delaying moving north for almost a year while we teach one more school year where we are at. But we now have the date that we became permanent residents on our Confirmation of Permanent Residency Docs – August 8!
◊ I connected with someone. The woman that taught me some more aerial hammock tricks was neat! She’s in her 50s I would say and super fit.
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. Aerial hammock. And I’m going to read tonight.
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. Yeah Aerial Hammock for an hour and it was exhausting! I did have to take some breaks.
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: I wasn’t too bad. But the facebook checking thing… I feel pretty silly about how often I check it.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I did last night and will do shortly!
