35 Years, Day 220

My husband and I officially landed as Permanent Residents of Canada today! So it was a big day for us. We are now going back home to finish out one more school year of teaching where we are at, but then it will be onward and Northward. This will be just a quick check-in post.

Energy Checklist
◊ I got enough sleep last night. Yes, two nights in a row!! I’m at a hotel now, so here’s hoping for a third. The bed is big and comfy, but sometimes it’s still hard adjusting to a new place.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). Yes
◊ I ate breakfast. Shredded wheat and raisin bran mixed together, along with coffee, milk and sugar.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. I’d say I had about six glasses of liquid, including a lot of tea at a sushi restaurant we ate at.
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. My hubby and I found a park to go walking in that also had some outdoor fitness equipment.
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive. For the most part, yes.
◊ I connected with someone. Just my hubby!
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. I’m about to read for the rest of the night.
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. I think our walk was about a half hour. Not a whole lot of exercise today.
◊ I only went on the internet between six to eight PM: More like 7:30 – 9:00, but I was pretty good today.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I did last night and will do tonight!
