35 Years, Day 209

Started off good, with too much Mario Brothers towards the end!

Energy Checklist
◊ I got enough sleep last night. I think so. Still not knocking this out of the park; my worry journal seems to be helping me not have worrisome dreams all night, but not with actually falling asleep in the first place. It usually takes me an hour or two to fall asleep, which is annoying.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). Yes
◊ I ate breakfast. Cup of coffee and my usual wheat-bix/raisin bran cereal with milk.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. Four and a half cups. Seriously what is my deal? I know this is on the list and I keep not doing it. I just don’t really like drinking regular water that much! Maybe more watered down fruit juice tomorrow. Coffee, water at lunch, and tea in the afternoon today.
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. 
For the first time since I restarted this blog, no. Tomorrow my hubby and I will go for a walk again. Not sure what I will do at the peak of winter? I live in the North of the United States so there may be several months of no, no, and no to this particular item. I’ll see if I can think of a way to remedy that.
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive. No, but I wasn’t gloomy all day.
◊ I connected with someone. My aerial yoga instructor a little bit; she likes that I’m interested in other aerial skills so we were talking about that today at the end of class.
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. Aerial Yoga. Also Mario Brothers. But I got carried away with Mario. (The old school, Super Mario Brothers 3). Seriously I played all the way through until world 7 where you can get 99 lives all in one sitting. It took me like 3 hours. Also the controller wasn’t even working that well, so it took me longer then it should have and was annoying. Why did I not stop?? I don’t know. Finally, my husband wanted to watch an episode of Madmen so I was forced to stop.
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. Yes, my Aerial Yoga class was an hour today. While I’m on summer break from my job I’ve been going twice a week; in a few weeks I will only be able to go on Saturdays.
◊ I only went on the internet from six to eight PM: No but I was not bad today. My big vice was Mario Brothers.
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I did it last night and will do shortly, along with my worry journal. And reading a book and hopefully falling asleep quicker.
