35 Years, Day 206

I’ve decided to title each blog entry after how many years and days old I am. That way if I skip a day or if I tail off and start back later, I won’t be confused about what to title the blog entry. Also, wow, it will be something, when I’m 120 years, 74 days old, right? There will be a lull when I’m just kind of old, and then it will become pretty neat when I’m Really Old again. (Knock on wood.) Or maybe somebody can continue this after I die. 95 Years, 27 Days. Maggots have finished eating the flesh off subject’s ribcage. Anywho.

Energy Checklist
◊ I got enough sleep last night. Kind of. I think I did get eight hours of sleep, but, I’ve heard that REM sleep happens when you are not dreaming, and it seemed like I was dreaming an awful lot. I kept trying to find things that were perennially missing.
◊ I energized with my morning stretch (detailed in book). No I forgot. We were at the hotel.
◊ I ate breakfast. Cereal at the hotel, and a mocha from Starbucks. I asked for half the chocolate and I think I got extra chocolate? It was very, very chocolaty. And also delicious. And the calories don’t count because I didn’t ask for them.
◊ I drank eight glasses of water. No. This is what I’m going to focus on making sure I do tomorrow!! I’ve just had the mocha and a can of sparkling water today. I’ll make some tea later this evening. Last year I made sure I had a full thermos of water with me at work, when I was doing better about drinking water. I need to find that thermos!
◊ I got outside for some fresh air and sunshine. 
Well… my husband and I walked instead of drove to the Starbucks from the hotel! About a ten minute walk each way.
◊ If I caught myself in a negative thought, I turned it positive. Last night I did work on this. But I do think I need to write in a journal before bed because I was still having those searching dreams all night.Yoga
◊ I connected with someone. Just my husband today. But I did invite the neighbor and his kids over for brunch tomorrow!
◊ I did something fun or relaxing, just for me. Aerial Yoga.
◊ I worked out for thirty minutes or more. My aerial yoga class was 45 minutes. It is super fun! It is my favorite fitness class I’ve ever taken. I wish I could learn how to be an acrobat, but they don’t offer any circusy type classes where I live.
◊ I only went on the internet from six to eight PM: No, but I wasn’t too bad. I wasn’t on the internet that much, but I did spend about half an hour photoshopping my butt crack out of this photo. Ha ha ha!
◊ I did my bedtime stretch (detailed in book.) I will do tonight! The book is sitting by my bed.
